Jesse Harrington is a sculptor/stone carver living and working in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where his studies mainly revolved around advancing his knowledge of the figure, including cadaver studies in the anatomy labs of Hannemann University. Jesse also attended Bennington College and studied under Stuart Mark Feldman at the Schuylkill Academy of Fine Art. His work is largely influenced by his father Robert Harrington, who is an artist specializing in wood and watercolors. Robert, an accomplished craftsman, artist, and draftsman; helped to instill Jesse with a drive to be as proficient as possible in the craft and technical side of his endeavors as well as in the artistic part of his profession.
